PainTrack does not read, attach, or prefill anything from your journal or device.

How the request is handled

The public website host necessarily processes ordinary request details such as an IP address, browser type, referring page, and access time to deliver and protect the form. If you select Send, the fields you entered are relayed through Amazon Simple Email Service to a private support inbox. They are used only to answer and troubleshoot your request or handle a privacy request—not for analytics, advertising, marketing, profiling, sale, or tracking.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request. An inactive request is ordinarily closed after 30 days without a reply, and its active mailbox copy is typically deleted within 30 days after closure, except when security or law requires longer retention. Before troubleshooting

Keep PainTrack installed so its local journal remains available.

Try closing and reopening the app before changing or erasing data.

If reminders do not appear, check PainTrack’s notification permission in iOS Settings.

If the body map cannot load, choose Technical problem and describe only the taps and screen behavior.

Important medical limitation

PainTrack is a personal self-reported journal. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any condition. Do not use it as the sole basis for a medical decision. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions. For an urgent or emergency concern, contact your local emergency services.
